Feffe Bussi Warns Against Pressuring Child Stars in the Music Industry

Feffe Bussi has raised concerns about the rising number of child stars in Uganda’s mainstream music scene.

The Ugandan rapper cautioned that the industry can expose young talents to pressures that may be too heavy for their age.

Speaking about artistes like Fresh Kid, Felista Da Superstar and Kapilipiti, he advised that children who love music should focus on age appropriate content.

According to him, young performers should create songs for fellow children and perform in child friendly spaces such as schools and play areas instead of fully entering the adult dominated mainstream industry.

Feffe Bussi said this approach would help them sharpen their talent while preserving their childhood.

He added that if he ever had a child interested in music, he would shield them from mainstream pressures and guide them to build their craft in youthful environments first.
