Aaronx Advises Bebe After Break The Chains: “Go To Other Businesses”
Singer Aaronx has commented on whether Bebe Cool’s new album “Break The Chains” represents a new standard or sound direction for Ugandan music.
Speaking in an interview, he said the album has not performed well so far and encouraged Bebe Cool to focus more on nurturing new artistes.
He should do like his counterparts in Nigeria. For example, Don Jazzy. They are age mates. He should pick a leaf from him and now focus on lifting young artistes.
Aaronx is also of the view that Bebe Cool should now look into other ventures away from singing.
I think it is high time for him to go to other businesses.
“Break The Chains,” a 16-track album released on May 30, marks a new direction for Bebe Cool.
According to him, it signals a shift from his signature reggae and ragga roots to an Afro-inspired sound that is currently dominating music charts.
