Abitex Files Complaint Against Gloria Bugie After Video Leak
Events promoter Abitex has strongly criticised the recent leak of a video showing Ugandan musician Gloria Bugie in a nude state.
Speaking to Uncut, Abitex condemned the public release of the video and highlighted the urgent need for action from authorities.
Abitex expressed his frustration, stating that such explicit content should be kept private and not shared on social media.
He emphasized that undressing and exposing oneself to the world is a violation of cultural values and decency.
According to Abitex, there are many other ways to gain attention and recognition without resorting to such actions.
Following the leaked video, Abitex submitted a formal complaint to CID headquarters, demanding that Gloria Bugie be held accountable and serve as an example to others.
He warned that if there is no response or significant progress within the next three to four days, he will escalate the matter to the UCC and seek answers about their enforcement of privacy and decency regulations.
