Why Abtex Strongly Supports DNA Testing After His Own Experience

Events promoter Abbey Musinguzi, alias Abtex, has opened up about why he strongly supports DNA testing, saying his own experience convinced him of its importance.

Abtex claims DNA tests revealed that nine children he had been raising and supporting were not biologically his, a discovery that changed the way he views paternity disputes.

The results strengthened his belief that DNA testing remains one of the most reliable ways to establish the truth when questions about parenthood arise.

Many people stood by him after the results came out, and the promoter says he remains grateful for the support he received during that period.

At the moment, I am one of the biggest supporters of DNA testing because I am a victim myself. I am one of the people who have faced claims of fathering many children. That is why I believe in DNA testing.

The conversation around DNA testing has gained fresh attention following the exhumation of the remains of legendary Kadongo Kamu musician Paul Job Kafeero.

Authorities carried out the exercise as part of efforts to resolve a long running paternity dispute involving more than 20 claimants.

If there were questions surrounding the first DNA test, then what they have done is right. It is normal to exhume someone’s remains as long as it is done respectfully and for the right reasons. How can he rest in peace if his children are suffering on earth, assuming they are indeed his children? DNA tests will help resolve all that. The world will know who his real children are, and only then can he truly rest in peace.
