Adin Ross Pays $1.3M for Breaking Bad House
Walter White’s house has a new owner, and it is not a film studio.
Adin Ross has secured the Albuquerque home made famous by Breaking Bad after a heated bidding war.
The American streamer reportedly paid $1.3 million for the property.
The house had struggled to move at a much higher asking price before being relisted at $400,000, a shift that sparked a wave of interest and multiple offers.
For years, the owners considered turning the location into a museum, but zoning restrictions kept it a private residence.
Ross now plans to reimagine the space as a detailed tribute to the show.
Although only the exterior appeared on screen, the iconic suburban facade that once belonged to TV’s most famous chemistry teacher is entering a very different era.
