Akon Wants In On Celebrity Boxing, Can Moses Muhangi Make It Happen?
Got beef with Akon and itching to settle it in the ring? The “I’m So Paid” singer is ready to throw down in a boxing match.
The 52-year-old Senegalese-American star revealed in an interview with “The Untold” that he would jump at the chance to step into the ring if the right offer came his way.
He is more than eager to fight and welcomes any challenger, no matter their background, be it a rapper, singer, comedian, or athlete.
Akon made it clear that his ideal opponent is someone who has a problem with him and wants to take it out in the ring.
He believes there is definitely someone out there who fits the bill, just waiting for the perfect moment to challenge him.
So, any corporate or celebrity boxing promoter out there should pick up the phone and call the singer, fast.
Moses Muhangi, president of the Ugandan Boxing Federation, has already proven he knows how to draw a crowd, having organized high-profile celebrity bouts like Grenade vs. Rickman and JK Kazoora vs. Shakib.
Now might be the perfect moment to level things up by bringing in an international star to go glove-to-glove with one of Uganda’s very own.
Wishful thinking? Maybe. But the opportunity is real, and the timing could not be better.
