Amelia Nambala Responds to Doubts and Criticism of Sheebah’s Baby Boy’s Birth in Canada
Singer Sheebah Karungi welcomed her first baby, a boy, on Monday in Canada.
The news was warmly celebrated on social media, though, as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, Sheebah still faced some critics.
Her close friend, Amelia Nambala, spoke in a media interview about the joyful occasion.
She shared that she was at home when she received the news and was so overjoyed that her shouting alarmed her gatekeeper, who thought something was wrong.
However, she was simply celebrating the singer’s exciting news.
Amelia revealed that Sheebah had a smooth delivery with no complications and did not even experience labor pains.
Responding to critics doubting Sheebah’s ability to give birth in Canada, Amelia stated that people are entitled to their opinions, but their reasoning holds no authority.
She explained that Sheebah had specifically traveled to Canada to give birth and would return afterward.
She also questioned why some individuals believe they have the authority to decide what Sheebah can or cannot do.
Amelia further praised Sheebah’s success, noting that she has been a star for many years and has earned a lot of money.
She emphasized that Sheebah takes the time to carefully plan everything and does not make decisions without thoughtful consideration.
Amelia concluded by describing Sheebah as one of Uganda’s most expensive musicians, capable of earning up to 30 million Ugandan shillings every week.
