Amir Breaks Silence After Chosen Becky Raises Mistreatment Allegations

Days before tying the knot with her partner, Abdul Ssekajja, on December 16, 2025, Ugandan singer Chosen Becky shared a lengthy message on social media directed at her former partner and baby daddy, Dictator Amir.

In the statement, she alleged that she was mistreated during their relationship, including when she was pregnant.

Speaking in an interview with Daily Soup, Amir said he had not seen the statement but strongly denied the claims.

I have never done that. God is my witness. I have never done any of that.

Chosen Becky also claimed that Amir was not a present father and only showed up when it was time to take photos and record videos.

Responding to that accusation, he questioned how such a thing could be true.

How? Can you do that to a child? Can you do that to your own blood?

She further alleged that when she was about to go into labour, he was contacted but did not show up.

Amir pushed back, saying he was present at the hospitals where their children were born and could prove it.

At the hospitals where our children were born, I have the doctors’ phone numbers. They are there. Even in the wards where she gave birth, they used to see me there. But I believe in the concept of time. God will comfort everyone’s heart.

Dictator Amir’s remarks add another chapter to the public history between the two, coming shortly after Chosen Becky’s civil wedding.
