Aroma Credits B2C for Opening Doors to Top Collabs
Singer Aroma has built a reputation for working with some of Uganda’s biggest names in music, including B2C, Fik Fameica, Chosen Becky, and Grenade.
Her ability to secure high-profile collaborations has often sparked curiosity among fans and industry observers.
Speaking during an interview on Flexx, Aroma shed light on how these collaborations came about.
They are my friends I should say. And also the first people who gave me a collaboration were big, so I feel like it made it easy for other big artistes to collaborate with me.
She further revealed that her collaboration with B2C, Yoola, set the stage for everything that followed.
If I am to be honest, my first collaboration was with B2C, so it is very easy for me. When I approach people, they accept.
Beyond her personal experiences, Aroma also offered advice for rising artistes looking to collaborate with established acts.
You also have to understand that many, often that not, you are going to work on their terms.
For Aroma, friendships, respect, and adaptability have been key to maintaining her place among Uganda’s top musical talents, showing that successful collaborations rely on both talent and strong professional relationships.
