Nigerian Afrobeats star Asake is dominating Nigeria’s streaming era.
Data from TurnTable Charts shows that his albums are the most streamed in Nigeria since 2020, when digital music consumption began to surge in the country.
Asake’s 2023 album Work of Art leads the list with about 661 million streams.
His debut album Mr. Money With The Vibe follows closely with more than 634 million streams.
His third project Lungu Boy also appears on the list, placing sixth with about 387 million streams.
Other major Nigerian stars also recorded strong numbers.
Burna Boy has three albums on the list, including Love, Damini and I Told Them.
Davido and Wizkid also have multiple entries, alongside Seyi Vibez.
The numbers highlight Asake’s massive influence and confirm his position as one of the defining stars of modern Afrobeats.
