Bad Black Gives Kim Swagga 48 Hours to Release DNA Test Results or Face Legal Consequences
Just when everyone thought socialite Bad Black, whose real name is Shanita Namuyimbwa, had shut the door on fashionista Kim Swagga, she has reignited their long-running feud with a bold legal move.
The socialite has now issued an ultimatum to the fashion stylist, demanding that he publicly disclose the DNA test results that allegedly confirmed he is not the biological father of her daughter, Davina.
For years, Bad Black has publicly shamed Kim Swagga, whose real name is Hakim Kibirige, accusing him of being a deadbeat father who neglected his responsibilities.
However, the tables turned when Kim Swagga recently took to social media to reveal that he had secretly conducted a DNA test on Davina 8 years ago without Bad Black’s knowledge.
According to him, the results proved he was not the child’s father, a revelation that left many questioning Bad Black’s decade-long accusations.
Now, in a dramatic twist, Bad Black has challenged him to release those results to her legal team and the public by posting them on his Facebook page.
In a strongly worded statement, she gave Kim Swagga 48 hours to make the DNA test results public or face legal consequences.
She accused him of breaching the child’s privacy, defamation, and causing psychological distress.
“Lawful Kim Swagga, I demand the disclosure of the DNA acid test results within 48 hours. Share those results with my lawyers, or you may also post them on your Facebook. I give my full consent. Should you fail to adhere to these demands within the stipulated timeframe, my lawyers will institute both criminal and civil proceedings against you for breach of the child’s privacy, defamation, child neglect, and the psychological distress caused. This will be at your own peril, embarrassment, and cost,” Bad Black warned.
With legal threats hanging over his head, all eyes are on Kim Swagga to see how he responds to Bad Black’s latest demands.
