Beenie Gunter Confirms No Beef With Eddy Kenzo, Teases New Collaboration
Dancehall artiste Beenie Gunter has cleared the air about his relationship with BET Award winner and Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) president Eddy Kenzo.
Speaking on Uncut, Beenie said there is no bad blood between them. Any past misunderstandings, he added, are behind them.
He also addressed his absence from UNMF meetings.
According to him, studio work and other projects have kept him busy.
Despite the speculation, Beenie revealed that he and Kenzo have a song in the works.
We have a song in the drafts, but we have not shot the video yet. It is part of the ‘No Fear’ album, and it is a good track. Producer Asteyn is remastering it, so the release could happen anytime.
For now, speculation of a fallout appears to be fading, replaced by anticipation for a collaboration many fans did not see coming.
