Bensoul Reveals What He Loves Most About Uganda and How It Compares to Kenya
Kenyan singer-songwriter Bensoul recently opened up about what he admires most about Uganda during a lively chat on Sabrina Agasha’s “It’s Never That Serious.”
He kicked off by giving a shoutout to Ugandan women, praising their famous curves.
The Pearl of Nyash. Yo! Nyash everywhere. I love it. It is beautiful.
But it is not just the physical beauty that caught his attention.
Bensoul highlighted a major cultural difference between the two neighboring countries.
I love Ugandans because they are soft-hearted people. When I compare it to Kenyans, Kenyans are a bit brutal. I love how calm and peaceful Ugandans are.
The singer also raved about Ugandan food, which he feels is far more organic and healthier than what he is used to back home.
I feel like Kenyan food has become not super organic as compared to the Uganda food. I feel like I eat more healthy here.
And of course, he could not resist mentioning one of Uganda’s iconic street foods.
I have eaten the Rolex. I am a Rolex owner in Uganda. The food here is amazing.
For Bensoul, Uganda’s women, calm people, and food are the real deal, and he loves every bit of it.
