TikTok star Blackshuga has hit back at critics who mock her for her dark skin, saying she is fully comfortable in her own shade and has no plans to change it.

In an interview with Shalom Kaweesa, the content creator said she does not need heavy makeup to stand out and that her confidence comes naturally.

Responding to those who compared her skin tone to peanut butter, she said she was not offended and did not deny the remark.

To her, such comments carry no weight because she knows her worth.

She responded with humor to others who said her tinted hair makes her resemble General Nalweyiso, saying she plans to look for the General and take a photo with her.

Blackshuga added that she looks good on camera and feels even better in person.

She stressed that bleaching is not an option for her at any point.

Her skin color, she said, is what makes her recognizable.
