Boda Boda Attack or Celebrity Stunt? Spice Diana Responds
Ugandan pop star Spice Diana is firing back after critics claimed her recent boda boda attack was just a stunt.
The singer says she was heading home from her pre-birthday celebrations when a man on a boda boda hurled stones and pavers at her Range Rover, leaving the luxury car battered.
To silence doubters, she even shared surveillance footage of the bizarre roadside attack.
Still, some social media users insist it was “another celebrity stunt,” accusing Ugandan artistes of staging chaos just to stay trending.
Spice is having none of it.
I have seen the hate comments. Apparently, unless we come with a corpse, no one believes us. Everything is a stunt now.
She blamed the backlash on fans from rival camps who see every headline as a marketing ploy.
Mukama abasasire abalina endowooza eyo.
Loosely translated, this means “God help those with that kind of thinking.”
With her signature sass, Spice Diana made it clear she is not here for the drama unless it is for a music video.
Sometimes a bad day is just a bad day, even when it comes with flying pavers.
