Buchaman Claims He Made Eddy Kenzo but Was Abandoned

Veteran musician Buchaman, real name Mark Bugembe, has stirred social media after claiming that he helped shape Eddy Kenzo’s career but was later abandoned.

The former Fire Base Vice President said he has been in the music industry for many years but feels forgotten by those he once supported.

He revealed that his monthly salary of two million shillings is not enough to sustain him or the ghetto youth he once inspired. “How can I inspire the ghetto youth when my own life hasn’t changed? I need a raise and a car to keep moving,” he said.

Despite his struggles, Buchaman maintains that his music still carries meaning and hopes his contribution to Uganda’s music industry will one day be fully recognized.
