Cindy Hints at Mega Full-Day Music Festival

Ugandan music star Cindy Sanyu, born Cinderella Sanyu, is thinking bigger than ever.

The celebrated singer revealed she is considering organizing her very own music festival to give fans an unforgettable experience.

Speaking to Tawfiq Media, Cindy shared how the idea came to her during an interview.

The interviewer asked me, ‘How come people have organized festivals, and with the name you have, why don’t you organize a festival?’ A festival is more work because it comes with a lot to do, but when they asked me that, I thought about it and realized that at a certain point in my career a festival would be nice. Jamming from as early as 9 am with many artistes on stage, food stalls, games for children, and so many other activities. So it is something on my mind that I am considering. A festival is a good idea.

Cindy has already proven she can pack Uganda’s biggest venues.

Her 2020 “Boom Party Concert” at Lugogo Cricket Oval and the recent “Royal Experience Concert” at Millennium Grounds drew huge crowds and left fans wanting more.

Now, she is ready to take things to the next level with a day-long festival.
