Court Sends Sipapa Back to Luzira as Social Media Reacts to His Appearance

City businessman and socialite Charles Olim, popularly known as Sipapa, was on March 6, 2026, remanded again to Luzira Maximum Security Prison.

Sipapa appeared before the Makindye Chief Magistrate’s Court where the case against him came up for mention.
