David Justice Reveals Why His Marriage to Halle Berry Failed

Former baseball star David Justice has opened up about why his marriage to actress Halle Berry ended.

In a recent All the Smoke podcast, Justice said the marriage did not work because Halle did not do house chores and did not show motherly instincts.

Growing up in the Midwest, he expected a wife to cook, clean, and be ready for family life.

He said young and inexperienced at the time, he wondered if she was the right woman to have children with.

Justice added that the marriage might have survived if they had known about therapy back then.

He denied being the problem in their split, saying Halle was wrong to make it seem like he was to blame.

The couple married on New Year’s Day 1993 but divorced four years later in 1997.

David has been happily married to Rebecca Justice for 24 years.

Halle is now in a long-term relationship with Van Hunt and has two children from previous relationships.
