Davido Sells Out Rotterdam Ahoy in Record Time
Davido has set Europe on fire by selling out Rotterdam Ahoy barely a week after tickets went on sale.
The 7,800-capacity arena’s main floor is completely sold out, leaving only upper-tier seats and pushing promoters to consider a larger venue for his 5ive Alive Europe Tour stop.
The rapid sell-out stands out even more because the same venue was scheduled to host Wizkid on May 23, 2025.
That show was quietly canceled after reports of slow ticket sales.
Several other dates on Wizkid’s Morayo tour were also canceled, making Davido’s instant dominance in the Dutch market even more remarkable.
The 30 BG boss has been filling stadiums across Africa all year, and Europe is clearly next.
With stops in Vienna, Zurich, Brussels, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Barcelona still ahead, fans are calling this one of the biggest Afrobeats tours the continent has ever seen.
Promoters are now in talks to move the Rotterdam date to a larger hall.
If it happens, it will be another strong statement that Afrobeats is not just entering Europe, it is taking over.
