Diamond Oscar Vows to Hold Concert Only After Releasing a New Hit
Veteran singer Diamond Oscar has made it clear that he will not hold a concert unless he releases a new hit that captures the attention of music lovers across the country.
Having spent 21 years in the music industry, the former GoodLyfe artiste revealed that he is currently working on an extended play (EP), and if one of the songs becomes a hit, he will go ahead and organize a show.
He emphasized that he does not want to follow the current trend of musicians holding concerts without being fully prepared.
When the time comes for his concert, he hinted that it will not be a one-man show. Instead, it will be a celebration featuring many of the country’s music legends.
Among the big names he mentioned were Bobi Wine, Jose Chameleone, Ragga Dee, Rocky Giant, GNL Zamba, Weasel, Keko, and many others he has worked with over the years.
The “Omuwala Mulungi Nnyo” hitmaker also urged Ugandan musicians to be more professional in how they manage their music careers, citing Rihanna as an example they can learn from.
