Dr Lover Bowy Confesses: “My Parents Don’t Know I Date Sugar Mummies”

If there is one thing Dr Lover Bowy, 23, never hides, it is his love for sugar mummies.

The Ugandan R&B and soul singer has repeatedly made it clear that older women are his preference.

In his view, dating girls his age or younger comes with endless demands and leaves him covering almost everything.

With sugar mummies, however, he says the dynamic shifts, and he is often on the receiving end.

That preference was put to him again during a recent appearance on Rewind, where he was asked how his parents feel about his dating choices.

His answer raised eyebrows.

The first thing I did was to ensure that my parents do not have access to TV.

Dr Lover Bowy explained that without television access, his parents are unlikely to see his interviews or hear his bold statements.

And even if the news reaches them through relatives or friends, he believes his financial support gives him some protection.

Good enough I help them out financially.

For now, the singer appears unbothered and stands by his preference.

He believes his family will either not know or will not question it.
