Elijah Kitaka opens up about being a father of three and his parenting views

Singer Elijah Kitaka recently opened up during his appearance on Tusker Malt ConverSessions, offering a personal glimpse into his life as a father.

He proudly revealed that he is the father of three children: one son and two daughters, each with different mothers.

His firstborn, who arrived when he was just 20, has a different mother, while the other two share the same one.

Reflecting on his journey into fatherhood, Kitaka shared that it came at a pivotal time in his life, when he was transitioning away from a church-centered lifestyle and beginning to explore the world beyond.

“During that period of self-discovery, as I moved from a church life into the world of hustling, I had my children while trying to find myself,” he said.

He admitted that the birth of his first child was challenging, as he found himself overwhelmed by the excitement of his new life and the many changes he was experiencing.

Looking ahead, Kitaka’s ultimate wish for his children is that they pursue their true passions and build strong, personal relationships with God, independent of traditional church settings.
