Ex-Miss Uganda Dorah Mwima Calls for Community Discipline To Curb Pretty Nicole’s Behaviour
Dorah Mwima, former Miss Uganda, has taken to social media to appeal to the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) to intervene and ban media houses and presenters from hosting Pretty Nicole.
Nicole, a young girl who has become a trending topic on social media, has attracted widespread attention, with bloggers and YouTubers rushing to interview her due to her newfound fame.
Dorah expressed deep concern over Nicole’s behavior, questioning what steps the community, which she referred to as “the village,” is taking to address the situation.
In her post, she emphasized the need for corrective action, advocating for a “time-out” and “naughty corner” approach to discipline Pretty Nicole.
According to Dorah, Nicole’s bad manners should not be entertained nor encouraged, and she called for tough love as the necessary solution to help steer her in the right direction.
“Take away what she thinks is ‘the best’ for her and let reality sink in. We are not here to baby her bad manners,” she wrote.
Pretty Nicole has remained a hot topic across social media, especially after her appearance in a music video that received heavy backlash from the public.
Despite the controversy surrounding her, media outlets continue to pursue interviews with her, which, in Dorah’s view, further fuels her prominence.
Dorah’s post garnered a lot of comments from those in support of her proposal.
