Fans Worried as Ray J Appears with Heart Monitor on Stage

Ray J is facing fresh concern after a dramatic moment at his Valentine’s Day concert in Shreveport on February 14.

The 45-year-old R&B singer appeared on stage in an orange jumpsuit and handed roses to fans.

During the show, he unzipped his outfit to reveal what looked like a heart monitor patch attached to his chest.

Videos from the night also show a red liquid, similar to blood, running down one side of his face as he performed.

The performance comes weeks after Ray J revealed he is battling serious heart issues.

He previously shared that doctors warned his heart is weak following a pneumonia scare and past substance use.

It is still unclear whether the red liquid was part of the stage act.

Guest artistes Bobby Valentino, Kelly Price and Sunshine Anderson also performed, but much of the attention remained on Ray J’s health.

Fans online are urging him to focus on recovery.
