Feffe Bussi to Break New Ground with Uganda’s First Major Hip Hop Concert
Rapper Feffe Bussi, whose real name is Frank Mukiza, is planning to host Uganda’s first-ever major hip-hop concert at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Inspired by global hip-hop icons, Feffe aims to create a world-class experience for his fans.
His dream is to deliver a show as iconic as Kendrick Lamar’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show.
“I want to hold a hip-hop show like Kendrick Lamar’s at the Super Bowl. That is my dream, and Inshallah, I will make it happen,” he said in a media interview.
Set to take place later this year, the concert will not only be a performance but also a celebration of Uganda’s hip-hop and rap scene.
The self-styled “smallest rapper” promised an exciting lineup, featuring the country’s top and veteran emcees such as Mun G, Babaluku, GNL Zamba, and many more.
“I am giving it everything I’ve got,” he shared, revealing that he is also working on new music ahead of the concert.
