Fik Fameica Grateful to Chameleone for Concert Date Sacrifice
During a press conference for his upcoming September 5, 2025, show at Cricket Oval in Lugogo, rapper Fik Fameica took a moment to thank Ugandan music legend Jose Chameleone.
Both artistes had initially scheduled concerts for the same day, but Chameleone chose to postpone his in a gesture of support for Fik.
When Chameleone found out that we both had concerts on the same date, mine at Cricket Oval and his at Kololo Airstrip, he decided to step back and cancel his. I cannot even explain how that made me feel. I am still grateful to this day.
Fik also commented on Levixone and Desire Luzinda’s recent marriage steps, expressing his joy for the couple.
I am truly happy for them, and I also hope that someday I will take that step too.
He went on to speak about the challenges he has faced throughout his music journey, proudly noting that he has managed to overcome them all.
Fik concluded by calling on his fans to show their love and support by turning up in large numbers for the concert.
