Fik Gaza Ditches Music Collaborations, Sets Sights on Solo Success

Reflecting on his recent legal troubles, singer Fik Gaza, whose real name is Shafiq Jjingo, shared that he is now leaving the past behind and refocusing on his music career.

“In life, when one encounters a fall, you have to step back, reset, and come back stronger,” he explained.

To make his comeback a reality, he revealed that he is currently in the studio, working on music that will showcase his true potential once again.

While the past two years have seen him focus more on collaborations, Fik Gaza now plans to shift his focus toward solo projects.

“Moving forward, every song I release will be mine. I do not want any collaborations for now,” he shared.

Fik Gaza also briefly reflected on his experience in the industry, admitting that it has not always been easy, citing “elbows” and unhealthy competition.

Nevertheless, he stated that he does what he can and leaves the rest in the hands of Allah.
