Fik Gaza Shares the Pain Behind Fame, Mentions Drama and False Accusations
Singer Fik Gaza, whose real name is Shafiq Jjingo, has strongly denied claims accusing him of being a thief.
He insists that these accusations are false and meant to damage his reputation.
Speaking on Sanyuka TV’s Crossfire, the “Banana” hitmaker shared his thoughts on the challenges that often come with fame.
He explained that negative labels and false accusations are common obstacles for anyone succeeding in the music industry.
He added that becoming a star means being prepared to face drama and difficulties along the way.
“Many things will be said about you,” Fik Gaza said, “and you will often face false accusations and unfair labels.”
He also pointed out that once a person becomes a star, some people may start viewing them negatively and try hard to bring them down.
Last month, Fik Gaza was taken into custody over robbery accusations but was later released.
It is still unclear whether the charges have been officially dropped or if there will be further legal action.
