Former Nickelodeon Child Star Kianna Underwood Killed in Brooklyn Hit and Run

A deadly hit and run in Brooklyn has claimed the life of former Nickelodeon child actress Kianna Underwood.

Police say Underwood, 33, was struck in Brownsville on January 16, 2026.

She was hit first by a black Ford Explorer SUV, then struck again by another vehicle described as a black and gray sedan.

Both drivers fled before officers arrived, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been announced as investigations continue.

Underwood was remembered by many fans for her early TV work, including appearances on Nickelodeon’s “All That” in 2005 and voice acting as Fuschia Glover on Nick Jr.’s “Little Bill.”

She also performed on the national tour of Hairspray as Little Inez.

In recent years, reports say her life became difficult, with claims she faced homelessness.

Former All That castmate Angelique Bates had previously spoken about her situation and calls for help.
