Gift Ov Kaddo Says No Campaign Money, Prefers Livestock
With the campaign season in full swing, many artistes are eyeing political rallies as a quick source of money.
However, veteran Ugandan singer Gift Ov Kaddo wants nothing to do with that space.
Speaking on BTM TV, the “Traffic Man” hitmaker issued a blunt warning to anyone considering booking him for a political rally, making it clear that campaigns are off limits for him.
He stressed that he does not perform at rallies and has no interest in campaign money.
Instead, Kaddo said he would rather be given livestock, leaving political gigs to willing artistes.
I do not sing at campaigns. Do not call me. I do not want that money. You would rather give hens, or goats, or ducks, and I rear. I do not want your campaigns. Give them to the likes of Chameleone.
