Gloria Bugie Reveals How a Gospel Song Helped Her Heal from the Emotional Toll of a Nude Video Leak

Gloria Bugie has opened up about how a gospel song helped her navigate one of the darkest chapters of her life when her nude video was leaked on social media.

In an interview, the singer revealed that “Out of My Belly” by Moses Akoh, Prospa Ochimana, and Theophilus Sunday became her source of strength during her lowest moments.

She was battling emotional pain, public shame, and harsh online judgment, but that song gave her the will to hold on.

“I used to think God does not speak, but He spoke to me through that song. It carried me through all those hardships. People, even up to now, wonder how I did it. I also do not know how I got through it, but I did,” she said.

Gloria Bugie further shared that during the heat of the scandal, she played the song over and over again, and it helped her avoid slipping into depression or self-harm.

When asked why some young women record such videos in the first place, she responded that it often stems from love and youthful choices that seem harmless in the moment.

“We are youth and life is a journey. Everyone learns and grows. These are some of the mistakes girls make, or people in love do. At the time, it might seem okay with your partner until it is abused or used to blackmail you,” she explained.
