Those who have doubted her talent since the start of her professional career might have secretly celebrated the announcement, believing she had finally called it quits.

However, their excitement did not last long as reality set in, and many began to remember what day it was: April Fool’s Day.

Moments later, the “Nyash” singer confirmed what some had already suspected.

Quoting her own post, she wrote: “Happy Fools’ Day! Ain’t going nowhere.”

Just like that, the tables turned. Those who had been hoping for her exit were left disappointed, while her supporters breathed a sigh of relief.
