Ugandan DJ Selecta Jeff is reminding his fans that success and self-improvement matter more than height or looks.
After performing at the 2nd Edition of the East African Concert in Rwanda, he posted on X, “Kigali girls got me thinking twice about my life choices. Do we even have girls in Kampala?”

A social media user responded: “They despise short men. You are thinking twice about the wrong things.”
Jeff replied sharply: “You are the guys still living in that illiterate bubble. Work on your self-esteem, your body shape won’t be a worry or a flex anymore. Do something, my guy. No one cares about your height when you are something.”
When the user insisted that Ugandan girls do not want to know, Jeff doubled down, “I just keep reminding people like yourself about how reality works… No one, and I repeat, no one cares about how tall or short you are if you are somewhere in life. We keep working on ourselves to be better every day.”
Many other users backed Selecta Jeff’s claims, while others argued that height still matters.
So, the real question is: do achievements, confidence, personal growth, and ambition matter more than traits like height?
