I Was the Most Booked Artiste of 2025 — Karole Kasita

Ugandan dancehall star Karole Kasita has looked back on her 2025 run, describing it as one of the biggest years of her career.

Speaking during a sit down with Tindi Files, Kasita revealed that she landed major endorsements, worked with big companies, and released songs that pushed her brand even further.

With all that in place, she believes she ended the year as the most booked artiste.

I think last year was my favourite year in my career. I had the biggest endorsements and I worked with very big companies. I also had very big songs, and I think I was the most booked artiste. I am not trying to blow my own trumpet, but I think I have been the most booked artiste in 2025. I pray that God stays with me so that we have a good year this year as well.

Kasita added that she feels blessed by the milestones she achieved, saying she had the most shows she has ever had in a single year.

However, she also pointed out that 2025 was a good year across the industry, with many artistes putting in serious work.

I feel blessed. God has been good to me. It is not that no other artiste was booked. I know everybody feels like they were booked a lot. 2025 was good to all the artistes. I feel like everybody, regardless of where they are, worked a lot. For me, I feel like I had the most shows of my career in 2025… But I feel every artiste has felt that.

Now that the new year is well underway, Karole Kasita stressed that her focus is on releasing an album and also holding a concert.

She said she is hoping for another strong run as she continues to build on the momentum from her impressive 2025.
