The rumors date back to 2024, when both artistes held concerts on the same day: Ray G at the Lugogo Cricket Oval and Omega 256 in Ishaka.
At the time, Ray G’s fans branded Omega 256 as “selfish” for scheduling her show on the same date as their star’s.
Despite both events being successful in their own right, the debates about her intentions never fully faded.
As Omega 256 now prepares to perform at the same venue where Ray G held a successful concert, speculations about competition have resurfaced.
Nevertheless, Omega 256 has firmly dismissed these claims, clarifying that her decision to choose the Lugogo Cricket Oval was not influenced by Ray G’s past event.
She pointed out that the Lugogo Cricket Oval is available to anyone who wishes to organize a concert.
With the countdown to May 2, 2025, underway, all eyes are on Omega 256 to see how she will perform on the big stage.
