Janice Hints at TV Presenting After Uncut Awards Beauty Win

She has conquered social media and built a strong name as one of Uganda’s top digital content creators and brand influencers.

Now crowned “Most Beautiful Person of the Year 2025” at the Uncut Awards, Janice Kemigisha has fans wondering what her next move will be.

With her growing popularity, confidence, and public appeal, one question keeps coming up: could she one day take her talent to TV as a presenter?

Speaking on Sanyuka Uncut, Janice revealed that media has always been part of her dreams, long before she became a household name online.

Yeah! I actually used to want to be a journalist before anything else.

Academically, she said her first choice was law, though she did not get in.

Mass Communication became her next option, but her parents did not approve.

I remember when I was even going to university. When I failed to get law, my first course that I wanted to do was Mass Communication but my parents did not allow.

That is how Janice ended up studying Procurement and Management Logistics, a decision she says she has never regretted.

She revealed that she graduated with a first class degree, and although she is not pursuing a career in that field, she believes the knowledge will still come in handy one day.

I did a Bacherlors in Procurement and Manangement Logistics and I graduated with a first class degree. I performed well, I thank God for that. I also got that knowledge. I may not be using it right now but I will use it in the future, you never know because it is like business and procuremnert is everywhere.
