Jowy Landa Denies Ever Dating Vyroota, Reveals She is Attracted to Men Aged 30 and Over

Singer Joan Namugerwa, popularly known as Jowy Landa, has strongly denied rumors that she was ever romantically involved with fellow artiste Vyroota.

The speculation stemmed from the undeniable chemistry the two shared while working on their 2023 hit song “Twafuna.”

In a 2024 media interview, Jowy Landa had left room for possible interpretation when she said, “Music binds Vyroota and me. We are promoting our track that has created magic for both of us. However, I cannot resist God’s plan. Anything can happen because we are human.”

However, in a recent interview on Sanyuka TV, she clarified that her connection with Vyroota is purely professional and strictly based on music.

She emphasized that the song does not imply any romantic relationship, adding that Vyroota does not meet her age preference.

“I prefer men who are 30 years and above. Vyroota is still in his early 20s. He is young,” she said.

Jowy Landa, who is also in her 20s, explained that despite being young, she is more attracted to men who are already on the third floor.
