Judith Heard Warns Girls Against Slay Queen Lifestyle
Socialite and entrepreneur Judith Heard has advised young women to be careful about the glamorous lifestyles they admire on social media, especially those linked to Kampala’s slay queen culture.
Speaking from personal experience, Judith said she has moved away from the party lifestyle and now looks at life differently.
She urged young girls to question what they see online instead of blindly admiring it.
Judith challenged them to look beyond designer clothes, luxury apartments, and nightlife photos, and think about stability and long term value.
I want you to tell me, all of you young girls admiring the lives of slay queens, how many of the women you look up to own buildings in Kampala? How many of them have their own homes?
According to her, many of the lifestyles being copied are temporary and not as secure as they appear.
She noted that most of these women live in rented apartments, have no long term investments, and focus more on appearances than building a future.
Judith warned girls against copying a lifestyle that does not align with their goals, stressing that chasing trends and online validation often leads nowhere.
She concluded by encouraging them to be intentional and focus on building something lasting.
