Kamoga Mohammad Wanted by Police Over Forged Land Documents
Ugandan property mogul Kamoga Mohammad, owner of Kamoga Properties, is now officially wanted by the courts over serious forgery allegations.
Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owesigyire confirmed that Kamoga has been summoned after investigations linked his company to falsified land documents.
The police say the case is being taken very seriously because it threatens the integrity of land ownership in Kampala.
Owesigyire stressed that no one is above the law and that authorities are determined to hold those involved accountable.
The news has sparked outrage online, with many calling for tighter regulations on property agencies to protect Ugandans from fraud.
Kamoga Properties, known for major land deals across the city, has yet to respond.
Police are now urging Kamoga to report himself and cooperate with the ongoing investigation before the situation escalates further.
