Kasuku to Bloggers and TikTokers: Be Mindful, You Can Be Held Accountable for Your Words Like Janie Namukasa
As media personality Janie Namukasa faces potential legal challenges with singer Jose Chameleone, Kasuku has encouraged bloggers and TikTokers to learn from her experience.
The gossip guru emphasized that those who believe they can say anything without consequences should understand that they can be held accountable.
According to him, the real issue often lies with unreliable sources rather than the media personalities themselves.
With that, he advised them to always request video recordings from their sources as evidence to protect themselves in the event of legal disputes.

On February 18, 2025, Janie claimed that Chameleone had been arrested in the United States for allegedly assaulting his friend and caregiver, Juliet Zawedde.
This contradicted reports stating that he had actually been hospitalized ahead of pancreatic surgery.
Chameleone, speaking from a hospital bed, denied the allegations and warned against spreading false information about him.
However, Janie ignored the warning and continued to stand by her claims.
In response, the singer and his legal team issued a cease-and-desist letter on February 20, 2025, demanding an apology and 100 million in compensation.
Under pressure, Janie later recorded a video retracting her statements, apologizing to Chameleone, and admitting that her sources had misled her.
Despite her apology, Chameleone is not ready to forgive her just yet.
Kasuku revealed in an interview that, according to entertainment analyst Frank Ntambi, the singer is still pursuing the matter.
