Samson Kasumba Tells Women How to Spot Men Who Lack Stability

Veteran journalist and NBS TV senior news anchor Samson Kasumba has stirred online debate with his recent advice to women, urging them to avoid marrying men whose character traits show instability and frequent changes in their lives.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Kasumba stated that consistent behavior is a reliable indicator of commitment.

He warned, “Ladies, do NOT marry a man who changes houses every six months or has a new phone every three months. If he cannot hold onto jobs or clients, it is a red flag. He has never practiced keeping anything in his life.”

Kasumba, a theologian and media personality, emphasized the importance of looking for evidence that a man values stability before committing.

He concluded, “Use this information as you may wish. You can also choose to ignore it.”

While some view his advice as blunt, others see it as practical wisdom. The post has sparked varied reactions among Ugandan social media users, with some praising his insights and others criticizing his generalizations.
