Kataleya and Kandle Say Marriage Is Not on Their Radar Yet
Singing duo Kataleya and Kandle have made it clear that wedding bells will not be ringing for them any time soon.
The pair, known for songs like “Tonafuya” and “Pain Killer,” say they are currently focused on their music careers and personal growth.
Kataleya, whose real name is Hadijah Namakula, shared in an interview with Sanyuka TV that she is still too young to consider settling down.
“When the right time comes, we shall both get married, because that is something every woman would want. But right now, I am even afraid of giving birth. I will give birth, but not now,” Kataleya explained.
Her music partner, Kandle, real name Rebecca Robins Nabatuusa, echoed similar thoughts.
She revealed that, on top of not being ready for marriage, she also feels like she does not have the discipline for it yet.
For now, the two singers are all about making their mark on the Ugandan music scene, with love, marriage, and babies taking a backseat.
