Kenzo Purchases Table for Kabuye Ssemboga’s 42-Year Music Career Celebration Concert
Award-winning singer Edrisah Kenzo Musuuza, alias Eddy Kenzo, has expressed his support for veteran singer Kabuye Semboga’s upcoming concert, which will celebrate his impressive 42-year career.
The event is set to take place at Kampala Serena Hotel on May 23, 2025.
Kenzo spoke highly of Kabuye’s legacy, sharing, “We grew up listening to his music, music that soothes souls in one way or another. It is really important for us to appreciate him by supporting him.”
He further emphasized what he admires most about the veteran artiste, saying, “I like how he composed songs that have not lasted just one or two years, but are timeless. He is also a producer. In short, he is a complete package.”
In his capacity as president of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), Kenzo revealed that the federation will purchase a table and provide some additional support.
He also extended his best wishes to Kabuye Semboga for a successful event and assured him that he would participate in the rehearsals.
