Seated side by side, they watched the Seattle Seahawks take on the New England Patriots and looked relaxed as they chatted and smiled during the game.
For the high profile outing, Kim chose a black furry coat with bold jewelry and dark sunglasses, while Lewis kept his look simple in a black jacket.
The public appearance follows reports that they recently boarded a private jet together from the United Kingdom to Paris.
Speculation first began around New Year’s when they were seen at the same party in Aspen.
So far, neither she nor Lewis has addressed the dating rumors.
