King Saha Dismisses Political Theories Surrounding Ibanda Scuffle and Explains What Happened

Ssemanda Maniaul, popularly known as King Saha, has come forward to clarify the details of a violent altercation that took place during his performance in Ibanda District over the weekend.

A video circulating online showed the singer in a confrontation with revellers, sparking various theories.

Some speculated that he was attacked because of his anti-government songs.

Others claimed that his political music led the event organizers to distort the sound during his performance, angering both his team and fans, which then escalated into a fight.

However, speaking to Sanyuka TV, King Saha set the record straight and explained the situation.

He revealed that towards the end of his performance, a man appeared in the crowd, causing chaos and commotion.

At first, King Saha ignored the disturbance and continued performing, but soon he noticed that the crowd had begun beating the man.

Concerned for the man’s safety, King Saha left the stage to intervene.

He explained that had he ignored the situation, his fans, whom he described as tough, might have caused serious harm to the man or even taken his life.

The singer, known for his opposition political stance, also dismissed claims that the altercation was caused by a crowd of ruling party supporters at the event.

He questioned why those who strongly disagree with his political views would attend his show and dismissed the idea that the event was filled by them.

Additionally, he denied rumors that he was beaten or injured during the incident, asserting that he is perfectly fine.

King Saha’s clarification aims to clear up the confusion surrounding the incident, stressing that the altercation was not politically motivated but rather a reaction to a deliberate disturbance in the crowd.
