Klint Da Drunk on Finding His True Calling in Comedy

Klint Da Drunk almost stayed in music, but one campus performance changed everything.

While at IMT Enugu, he watched 2Face take the stage and realised the spotlight was not meant for him.

Even when asked to perform after 2Face, Klint walked away.

That moment, as the Nigerian funnyman recounted in an interview, made him rethink his path and eventually led him to comedy, where he found his true calling.

Before leaving music, he was part of a group with rapper Mr Raw and featured on the hit song “Obodo.”

The group even placed second in the 2002 Star Quest talent show, proving they had potential.

But then, comedy became his stage.

Over the years, Klint appeared in films like “Men On The Run,” “Madam 10/10,” “Fast Cash,” and “Lost Kingdom.”

Today, he is one of Nigeria’s most loved comedians, enjoying a career he says fits him perfectly.
