Levixone Talks Engagement to Desire Luzinda, Says Love Knows No Age

When gospel singer Levixone confirmed on social media that fellow singer Desire Luzinda had accepted his marriage proposal, fans celebrated the happy news.
But soon, the focus shifted to the age difference between the two.
A quick search shows Desire Luzinda is 40 years old, while Levixone is 32, an eight-year gap that has sparked plenty of discussion online.
Despite the comments, Levixone has remained calm and focused on what matters most.
In an interview with Sanyuka Uncut, he spoke openly about love and public opinion.
He said, “Desire… I have waited, prayed, and listened. And today, I no longer want to keep love hidden in the shadows of fear or public opinion.”
He went on, “I am done hiding what God has placed in my heart. People have talked. They have whispered. They have judged. They say you are older than me, as if love checks identification cards before entering the heart.”
Levixone continued, “But I do not care what they say anymore. I care about you. About how you lift my spirit. About how you stand strong, graceful, and rooted in faith.”
He concluded with a proposal, “Desire Luzinda… you have been my friend, my inspiration, and my answered prayer. Will you marry me and be my wife, my partner, and my purpose… no matter what the world says?”
As they begin this new chapter together, their story challenges us to look beyond age and celebrate the love that binds them.
