Lover Bwoy Opens Up About Painful Betrayal by Fellow TikTok Creators

Ugandan TikTok sensation and musician Lover Bwoy is speaking out about the betrayal he faced at the hands of fellow content creators he once called friends.

In an emotional revelation, Lover Bwoy shared how his former friends, many of them TikTok influencers, used him for support but turned their backs on him when he needed them most.

I supported people genuinely, especially Zayra Baby. She called me to be there for her show and I showed up as a friend. But when it was time to release my song and I reached out to her for a challenge to help boost it, she asked for money.

According to the singer, the request felt like a slap in the face, especially coming from someone he once stood by without hesitation.

It is painful when people you stood up for start treating you like a business deal the moment you need them.

The young artiste, known for his passionate fan base and catchy content, says he has since chosen to distance himself from certain circles.

He wants to focus on building real friendships and staying true to himself.

I am not about the hype. I just want to grow with people who are real and support each other.

As he moves forward, Lover Bwoy says he is focused on his music, healing from the disappointment, and surrounding himself with people who uplift instead of use him.
