Luwemba Urges Cooperation Over Ssegirinya Property Distribution
The dispute over the property left behind by the late Muhammad Ssegirinya is still ongoing despite a court ruling.
Muhammad Luswa Luwemba, who served as the MP’s personal assistant, says the matter has not been fully concluded.
Luwemba said on Sanyuka Uncut that the Attorney General released and distributed some of the property after a court ruling.
He added that Ssegirinya’s mother did not file an appeal through her legal representatives.
According to him, the issue will only be finalized after all legal requirements, including sworn affidavits in court, are completed.
Luwemba called on the women involved to work with the family so the process can proceed smoothly and lawfully.
